Todd as an author, public speaker, executive coach, and organizational consultant supports individuals and organizations to co-evolve to be more fulfilling, self-generating (creative) and self-correcting (high performing). His coaching work has a 13-year track record of increasing productivity, and creativity while decreasing turnover, stress, burnout and disengagement in a variety of global organizations.

Todd is deeply passionate about developing talent and building strong team performance and culture in organizations. He received a master’s degree in health policy from UC Berkeley, and his undergraduate from Austin College. 

He currently serves on the technology committee of CommonSpirit, the largest nonprofit hospital system in the nation. He is also a Board member of Rock Health, a pioneering educational and investment fund in digital health startups and ecosystem.
